1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, and the subject and content of any message you send through our contact form.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, recorded automatically in server logs.
- Usage information (only if you accept analytics cookies): pages and language versions visited, the website or campaign that referred you, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, and interactions such as contact form submissions, collected through Google Analytics.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your messages and discuss potential projects or job opportunities.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Cookies
The website uses a functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the language you select so the site opens in that language on your next visit. It is stored for up to one year and contains no personal information.
If you accept analytics cookies, we also use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how the website is used. Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_<ID> cookies, which are stored for up to two years and contain a random identifier. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses, and we have turned off Google signals and all advertising features. Google Analytics is not loaded at all unless you accept.
Your choice is saved in your browser so we don't ask again. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; withdrawing it removes the Google Analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work, but it may not remember your language choice.
4. Sharing information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and our contact form (such as hosting and form-processing providers), and only to the extent necessary for them to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required by law.
If you accept analytics cookies, usage information is processed by Google as our web analytics provider and may be transferred to servers outside Türkiye, including in the United States.
5. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using appropriate safeguards.
6. Data retention
We keep your information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Links to other websites
The website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their privacy policies.
