PAWSAPP is a dog walking platform that connects thousands of dog owners with trusted, local dog walkers. We developed native apps for both walkers and owners, a backend system, an admin panel, and integrated an AI chatbot for enhanced support and automation.
The Challenge
The client needed a comprehensive platform to connect dog owners with reliable walkers while ensuring safety, trust, and seamless communication. The solution required native mobile apps for two distinct user types (owners and walkers), a robust backend system, administrative tools, and intelligent automation to handle common queries and support requests.
Our Solution
We built a full-stack solution with native iOS and Android apps for both dog owners and walkers, ensuring optimal performance and user experience on each platform. The backend was developed using PHP Laravel for scalability and reliability. We integrated an AI chatbot powered by OpenAI API to provide 24/7 support and automate common interactions, reducing manual support workload while improving user satisfaction.
